Account blocked on KDE Identity

Hi,

I once created an account on KDE identity to submit a bug repport (ID : 
jbouton / mail : jules.bouton at zaclys.net)

I tried today to login on KDE invent, because I had an issue with 
merkuro. However, I got a message, saying that my account has been 
blocked. Well... I just don't see why. I still can login on the KDE 
identity website. How could I recover my access ?
