SUMMARY
The Japanese KDE Users' Group website at https://jp.kde.org/ doesn't properly
specify its content language as Japanese. This leads to kanji characters
falling back to their default variants, which is simplified Chinese in this
case.

All that needs fixing is the lang attribute on the root HTML element of the
website:
<html lang="en"> --> <html lang="ja">
