Retirement of Capacity

Hi Ben

In Kdenlive: Help -> Kdenlive Handbook can only point to
https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/kdenlive/kdenlive/index.html. I guess
once docs.kde.org <http://docs.kde.org>is retired Kdenlive can then
point directly to https://docs.kdenlive.org/. And that would be part of
a separate thread. Right?
