KDE Invent / Gitlab account repeatedly being deactivated

Dear KDE Web maintainers,

I'm writing because I'm receiving messages saying that my KDE Invent
account is being deactivated. This is not the first time this has happened.

Your account has been deactivated. You will not be able to:

   - Access Git repositories or the API.
   - Receive any notifications from GitLab.
   - Use slash commands.

To reactivate your account, sign in to GitLab.

Please contact your GitLab administrator if you think this is an error.

Why is this happening? As someone who is trying to contribute more to open
source, the fact that my account is being deactivated for no (apparent)
reason just makes me want to contribute less to the KDE project.

I can't think of any event that may have triggered this.

If there's a problem, I would appreciate some communication before
deactivating my account.
