The page https://kde.org/announcements/gear/23.04.0/ says near the bottom:

> One of the Goals of KDE is to be All About the Apps.

with "All About the Apps" linked to https://kde.org/goals/. However, the
https://kde.org/goals/ page does not mention "All About the Apps", which I
believe was a *previous* goal.

Maybe there's a better page to link to? Or just remove the All About the Apps
mention?
