This is an issue that could be easily fixed by merging the partial German translations with the english source. This is already done here https://invent.kde.org/websites/kde-org/-/blob/master/layouts/index.html#L144 for the homepage.

And need to be done similarly here https://invent.kde.org/websites/kde-org/-/blob/master/layouts/index.html#L144

I'm currently on a business trip, so I can't do it myself, but if anyone one else wants to give it a go, please do,
