STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to do anything in KDE that most computers/DE's can do.
2. If it works, Great!
3. If not, you have entered the EXPERIMENTAL zone. This is where KDE sucks the
most, at the moment. Wait 2 months-10 years, it may change.

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE software has been continuously buggy in some realm or other for the last 14
years. It never reaches a fully stable/usable state.

EXPECTED RESULT
KDE should stabilize its code and fix its bugs instead of trying to find new
creative ways of destroying system usability.
