Emails to mailing list are blocked as spams

Hi www team,

I'm an admin for kde-jp at kde.org mailing list.

When I tried to send an email to the kde-jp mailing list yesterday, I
received an error message attached below and failed to send my email.

> 554 5.7.1 Mail has been rejected as SPAM (8.392)

Some other kde-jp members also reported that they could not send the emails
to the mailing list because their emails are suspected as spams. I guess
they received the same error message.

I checked Mailman's admin board but I couldn't find relevant settings.
Usually, Mailman asks the mailing list admin (me) to handle the spams, but
this time there is no moderation request to me. My email might have been
blocked by the email server, not Mailman.

Can you investigate if this is a server configuration issue?
