KDE neon torrent files

KDE.org Webmaster,

Where might I find a current torrent file for KDE neon User Edition?  The
link at https://neon.kde.org/download seems broken (i.e., it gives me a
"404 Not Found" error), and when I navigate up to see the directory (
https://files.kde.org/neon/images/user/20220609-0950/), I don't see a
torrent file in the list.
