Unable to login to my account

Apparently, something changed with your accounts. My user name should be 
jghodd - I only use that username - but your login screen returns an 
error on user name. My email is jghodd at gmail.com. I'd register a new 
user, but it knows there's an existing email account of 
jghodd at gmail.com. Coiuld you please give me some guidance on what to do 
next.
