STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to kde.org
2. Click Language in the top right
3. Click Deutsch

OBSERVED RESULT
Many pages are half english

EXPECTED RESULT
Most pages are only German

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
On the home page a Computer is called "Rechner", most German speakers dont
translate it and just say "Computer"
