I started something a few days ago:
https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/release-tools/-/merge_requests/16 This will
allows to put the list of bug fixed in the AppStream data and then display them
in apps.kde.org/konsole for example. Making the data also available in
konsole.kde.org and usable as fallback should be doable once it's available.
