This can be done by setting a "Real name" which you'll find in the Bugzilla
settings at https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=account

Bugzilla does not support changing content once it has been submitted.
With regards to the display of your name, this is done by changing your
profile details as noted above.
