Reset Password

I'm tring to respond to

in hopes to solve my problem.

I don't remember my user name and can't reset my password without it.
I think my user name might have been The Unboxing Authority or
usacomputertec or JULinux something like that. My email is
usacomputertech at gmail.com

When I try to drag 4K UHD videos in .mp4 format to the timeline in KDENLIVE

6.22.1, nothing happens. I can import the videos into the project but I
can't move them to the timeline.

I'm running Ubuntu 20.04
