KDE Identity registration a11y issue

Hello!

I noticed on the registration page for KDE Identity that the page with the
checkbox "I accept the above conditions" (where you agree to abide by the
KDE Code of Conduct) doesn't wrap the checkbox label in an HTML <label>
tag. This means that you can't click the text in order to toggle the
checkbox, and also means that the text might not be properly associated
with the checkbox by accessibility tools such as screenreaders.

Please would you consider fixing this?
