Problem to access KDE Identity

Hi,
I cannot access my KDE Identity account, nor rest my password. The system
reports that the e-mail for my username (pedrogomes) is not the same as I
am using to write this e-mail (pedrogomes81 at gmail.com)

Can you help me to fix this, or point me to who can?
