Hi, the k3b icon is part of our Oxygen theme and you can find the licence
conditions here

In practice you can probably just add a line saying
"Oxygen icon theme copyright KDE and contributors 2007-2020 may be freely
copied under the GNU Lesser General Public Licence version 2.1 or later.
