We have some caching systems which operate in front of Userbase, which
have been known to cause this type of issue in the past.
In most cases refreshing by pressing Ctrl + F5 will resolve this issue
for you (it results in your browser sending different instructions
when making it's request to Userbase - so is different from clearing
your local cache)
