No, we can't, as that particular page is hosted by mediawiki.org. We
do have our own editing pages, and this particular element (correctly,
<syntaxhighlight>) is somewhat explained on
https://userbase.kde.org/Typographical_Guidelines which is linked from
the sidebar. I suppose it could use a better example because the
mention does show an unusual syntax. (relative to everyday web markup)
