The text "this page" was a link to
<https://community.kde.org/Kubuntu/PPAs>. I've updated that page with
markup that is present on other similar pages. No mediawiki update
required. I'm not certain what markup it is you're expecting, can you
cite a link to mediawiki documentation for the feature in question?
