Wiki version upgrade for code-block support

Hello,

I don't know how else to get this in, but it would be great if the wiki version could be upgrade on the community and userbase wikis. The editing options are long out of date and most importantly it's not possible to add code blocks.

Code blocks would help seeing commands issued. One example is on [this page](https://community.kde.org/Kubuntu/PPAs).

If this has already been suggested, where can I follow the progress?
