Drupal theme status

Hi

I was wondering what the current status is of the new drupal theme being 
worked on?

The https://akademy.kde.org website is totally unusable from mobile/touch 
due to the menus. We've kept waiting for fixes to neverland or the magic 
new kde drupal theme to appear for years.

I'd prefer not to have to just change to a default drupal theme but that 
will end up happening in the next few weeks otherwise so that people can 
actually use our website
