I've investigated this issue and it is because your Identity, and thus
Phabricator accounts are using different email addresses to your
Userbase (Wiki) account (prior to it being Identity based).
Also note that the email address you've emailed from is not the same
as your Identity account, but does match your Wiki account.
In order for me to align these, please confirm your control of the
gmail.com address by adding it to your KDE Identity account.
Once that is done, let me know and i'll adjust your Wiki account to
have a matching address with your Identity & Phabricator entries,
which should trigger an automatic account link.
