de.kde.org outdated (with the wrong KDE definition)

You beat me to that. ;)
Just another tiny bit of info: kde.de (which is not in the hands of the KDE 
e.V.) already points to kde.org. No idea when that switch was done, but it is 
expected that mode visitors will not see any difference due to the current 
switch.
