Update for Parley Config file at https://www.kde.org/applications/education/parley/

Hi, can someone with sufficient Karma put the attached Parley config file at

trunk/www/sites/www/applications/apps/

The only change is an update for the store.kde.org link, which currently 
points to a non-existing location at kde-files.org.
