SVN commit 1482461 by kvermette:
Added the community wiki link; though I edited the description provided a bit
as we'd have some redundant wording.
Also updated to an https link in the footer; I previously linked to an outdated
page which didn't accept https, when I switched to docs.qt.io I didn't switch
back to https.
FInally, though not in this bug, I added techbase to the list of wikis to
complete the trifecta; even though techbase is already listed under "develop",
I think it helps that people know they can "get involved" with that wiki as
well, not implying it's developers-only in some way.
