That's up to the Board - which i've CC'ed.
If they're happy to accept owning kde.gr.jp as a domain we can sort
out the technical details.

One small detail: I note that *.gr.jp domains have to registered by a
group registered with the Japanese Government.
The KDE e.V. won't be obviously, which may present certain issues - suggestions?

We might need to keep the domain in the hands of the members of KDE
Japan. We can certainly takeover hosting of DNS and the web redirect
though to simplify things there for you.

We can implement 2) and 3) easily enough, and don't need domain
ownership to do so.
Having the mail server still under your control is fine by me, 4) is
of no issue either.

The board would need to approve such a transfer.
They can comment more in regards to this as to what obstacles we might
face there.
