Can we kill
  http://newstuff.kde.org/
and make it point to 
  https://api.kde.org/frameworks/knewstuff/html/index.html

What do you think?

There's some apps that actually still use the "server" there
  https://lxr.kde.org/search?_filestring=&_string=newstuff.kde.org
but maybe we can at least kill the webpage and just leave the cgi-bin stuff?
