The SSL certificate for the website planetkde.org expired as of October 4 2016.
Hence, all visitors to the site receive cert error messages and need to allow
exceptions in order to be able to view the web page
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open web browser of choice
2. visit planetkde.org

Actual Results:
The following error message is displayed on firefox:
Your connection is not secure
The owner of planetkde.org has configured their website improperly. To protect
your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.
