To my knowledge, no.
newstuff.kde.org has basically been replaced by kde-files.org /
kde-look.org / kde-apps.org these days in many apps.

The only thing we really lack a solution for is official addons or a
mechanism to distribute those in an easy enough manner.
Currently collect.kde.org is the only thing capable of speaking the
same OCS protocol as the new system uses. It lacks web pages, and is
used solely by KDevelop I believe. There is also a bug somewhere in
there which causes a nasty redirect loop for certain clients as well,
so i'm not even sure it works properly.
