Style of Capacity websites + l10n

Hey,

After having worked on api.kde.org, I just did the same for l10n 
(i18n.kde.org) and normally all capacity websites.

@VDG: could you tell if it's better and fits your expectations?
@www: Same question + could you test? I don't know what websites must be 
tested and I'm not sure about some parts of the l10n website itself (see 
review)
