Long Term / KDE.org Design Update

Howdy!

For the most part things have been shifted from here to the forums. The
forums (https://forum.kde.org/viewforum.php?f=292) are a bit stagnant right
now as well though, I think in part because I had some time where I was
inactive and couldn't push the topics to be more active, but I'm just
getting back into the upswing now. :)

Right now we're throwing together the first HTML-driven specimen, and when
it's together I'll post a link. It's a bit slow since I have limited time,
but it's coming along. I'm thinking this long weekend I'll push out a few
of the outstanding todos I've had on my list, including the design.
Specifically, I'm programming up the target render for the Plasma Desktop
pages, as David mentioned them being harmfully outdated.

Right now aside from poking me in the eye with a pointy stick, I think
we're just waiting on me.
