Make our apps more relevant in https://www.kde.org/applications/

Hi there, what about the attached patch?

It turns the list of apps of "Third Party Applications" in 
https://www.kde.org/applications/ into a link at the bottom of the app grid.

I think that in kde.org/applications what we should do is promote our own 
applications, not give more screen state to apps done by others.

Opinions?
