When I Install Kubuntu And I Reboot From The Hard Drive,
It Will Boot Up And I Will Enter My Password And Then The Spash Sceen Freeze's
At The Desktop Icon On The Spash Screen

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reboot My PC
2. Login
3. Then It Freeze's

Actual Results:  
It Still Froze

Expected Results:  
The Spash Screen Should Have Loaded Fully And Then KDE Should Boot Up
