Cannot login/username forgotten

Hello,

I'm sorry but I cannot seem to login with my usual credentials.
All I have is a valid e-mail address, which is the same I'm using to send
you this.
I could not reset my password because none of my usual user names seem to
be correct, I'd appreciate if you could help me out.

In my old activation mail from 8/1/2013, I was addressed with my real name,
but no user name was given.
