Request information on JSON RPC API

Hello.

My name is Duany Dreyton and I am student of the Master’s Program in Computer Science at the State University of Ceará - Brazil. I'm researching new ways of contributing to open source projects, and would like to have access to the list of Kate text editor bugs. I discovered that I can access it through the API JSON RPC available. Could you help me with some documentation and examples on how to use this API with Python?
