KDE needs a single webpage that lists every website (domain, and subdomain)
that is controlled by the KDE project as well as every site that is officially
endorsed by the KDE project.

I recommend https://www.kde.org/sitemap.php, or better,
https://www.kde.org/sitemap

This page must be linked to from the footer of https://www.kde.org/ and
preferably from footer of the homepage of every one of the websites listed on
the sitemap.
