[kde-promo] help needed to retire events.kde.org

No problem, sorry it took me so long to figure it out. After I'd settled on
phpicalendar it only took a few hours, but looking around at different php
calendars and trying some took a while unfortunately. Plus my apache config
was not being as helpful as it could for testing stuff :)

Albert, you looked at the code inside more than I have, is it easy to add a
header or footer like we have on the rest of www.kde.org ? If so I can look
into that this week some time.

Lydia, Albert, Others,
Is it ok if I change all the old links to events.kde.org on www.kde.org to
point to this new url now? Once that's done I'll ask sysadmin to do a
rewrite to forward requests to events.kde.org to this url and remove the
old broken site content from svn also.

BR,
Jeremy
