Hi, Which version of KDE are you using? This is usually caused by the usage of an older Dr Konqi (the bug reporting assistant) which is incompatible with recent changes in our Bugzilla instance at bugs.kde.org. Cheers, Ben Cooksley KDE Sysadmin
