Bug Tracking System doesn't recognize me

Hi,
I'm a member of the bug tracking system for over 4 years but now it doesn't
allow me to log in.
My username is Apopas and my email address is this one I'm sending this
email from.

When I try to login it says invalid username or password.
When I try to reset my password it says my email address is invalid.

What happened?
