Update: I'm told you can instead use the instance at apy.projectjj.com, which
requires no keys either. To verify that it's alive, try wget -q -O -
"http://apy.projectjj.com/listPairs"

As for sysadmins, thanks, but I never used that before; I feel the most active
wiki users should forward sysadmins the request if felt useful.
