Forums down, Dot and Wiki very slow connections

hey,

i've just noticed, that forum.kde.org is inaccessible and connections to the 
dot and the wikis are extremely slow for me.
apparently traceroutes stop at a node from telia.net at least for me, starting 
the traceroute in berlin.

sorry, i don't have the time to report an appropriate bug right now. but i 
thought you should know.
