Novell's Bugzilla did this several years back, but without separately retaining
also the base URL. I filed https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=326809
as a result. If it has to be one or the other, the way it is now is much
better. Scrolling a web page I don't mind. Bloating my browser history with
multiple links to the same bug I mind very very much.
