kpovmodeler.org expired at least a few months ago (first time I remember
checking) and currently shows one of those parked domain pages.

The program has been unmaintained for a while, and the closest to a home page I
can find at the moment is
<http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/KpovModeler?content=9897>, which is quite
ancient.
