Nope, not expected. However, this domain and its server is not under our 
control, this has only its development team. 
But IIRC they are moving their infrastructure to KDE's atm, so it is just a 
matter of time until it reappears or we can offer a replacement. Though it is 
probably a bit early that this domain was disabled.
