After upgrade website www.kde.nl to Drupal 7 I can no longer access www.kde.nl
to make necessary changes.

1. Open www.kde.nl/user
2. Username is still active or blocked
3. No access to make changes
Actual Results:  
No access to kde.nl

Expected Results:  
Write permission
