This report is about https://bugs.kde.org/  I choosed www.kde.org since I did
not find a proper component.

In bugzillas like Red Hat one, names of developers are marked in a different
way between all the users. This will help contributing users to better
understand if they are speaking to a developer or not.
I think it will be very usefull to implement it in KDE bugzilla
