If you click on one of the navigation links like "Rules", "Timeline" etc.,
nothing happens. The page stays the same.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://plasma.kde.org/
2. Click on "Rules" in navigation
Actual Results:  
pages reloads itself, but stays with exactly the same content.


I have tested in Firefox and Rekonq.
