Discuss "random page" please

There are now so many pages translated on UserBase that the odds of
Random Page coming up with your language are low, and as far as I can
tell, it's not possible to confine it to your chosen language.

In view of this, I feel we should remove the link from the sidebar.
What is your opinion?

Although TechBase and Community have fewer translated pages, is that
link actually useful on those sites?

I feel quite strongly that we should not have links that add no value
to the experience.
