[Bug 285016] bugs.kde.org announces an IPv6 address but does not respond to it

By now I am nearly certain that the problem is some bad IPv6 routing. Compare
the following traces for quickgit.kde.org (announces two IPv6 addresses) and
again bugs.kde.org (announces one IPv6 address):
